Course overview
Join a three-day training school for a comprehensive exploration of participatory approaches with older adults and/or persons with disabilities applied to research, practice and policy development.
Format
The in-person event will focus on:
- current theories, methodologies and practices in participatory research, practice and policy,
- practice examples followed by discussion and application,
- considerations shaping protocol development and ethics, and
- development of a framework comprising approaches and techniques.

Criteria that will inform selection include:
- Young researchers (under 40 yrs of age)
- Members’ current involvement in the BOPALiM or PAAR-net COST Actions
Manifested interest in and/or experience with participatory approaches in research, practice or policy.
