ERUA conference presentation by YRI

Rasa Rudaitienė is a member of BOPALiM WG2 – WG4 and participated in the ERUA Young Forum for Action on Sustainability and Climate Change on 20th – 21st May 2025, which was held at Las Palmas in Spain.

Rasa presented about “Barriers and Possibilities: Career Building at the Intersection of Disability and Gender”, highlighting how the interplay of gender and disability shapes career development and reinforces social exclusion. Her contribution is particularly relevant in the context of BOPALIM, as it raised critical issues about mobility, social inclusion, and justice – all of which are essential pillars of a truly sustainable and cohesive society.
